- Shake well before use then soak the cotton pads with the eye makeup remover.
- Place soaked cotton pad on the eyes then press and wiggle pad into lashes to remove mascara.
- After a few minutes, swipe the pad away from the eyes to remove the eye makeup.
- Use same technique on stubborn lipsticks & lip stains!
- Repeat as necessary.
- You'll be amazed by how quickly this removes stubborn and heavy eye makeup!
